Question: I receive a runtime error in a certain part of the software. What should I do?

Answer:
To determine the reason of the runtime error you may have received, please let IntroWizard know of it. You can simply do this online by using the contact page available here:

As for the runtime error, please let IntroWizard know what button pushed that causes that error? E.g. where you are in the program when the error occurs. Also, please mention if the error occurs some times, most times, or a few times when using the software.
