Question: Trying to install the software but I get a Win32 application error. What is a possible way around this?

Answer:
Please check to see if a program like Nortons Internet Security or a firewall is blocking the download or running of the application's installer. If possible, turn off the internet security or firewall temporarly before downloading and turn it back on after installing.
