1. I'm having trouble activating the software I purchased from IntroWizard. What do I do?
All our software products are designed to register quickly.
First, make sure you copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the Registration code into the Registration Code box in the software. You can paste by using Ctrl+V keys.
Then, check to make sure there are no spaces before or after the registration code. Blank spaces before or after the code need to be deleted, but be careful not to delete the start or the end of the code.
Lastly, when you copy and paste or type in the Billing E-mail, make sure it is the e-mail mentioned next to the Registration Code and most importantly, make sure it is not in capitals or semi-caps. Lower case letters work best.
One of the important things to note is that you make sure the firewall isn't blocking the software from registering or the e-mail is being typed in all caps. To be completely sure, you can disable any firewall on the computer for the seconds it takes to activate if you wish.
2. How do I redownload my software I purchased? I would like to download it again for my new computer.

5. "Invalid Package Size" error: I'm trying to download the demo version for "Home", but everytime I download it and open the file, I get an error.
"Invalid Package Size" "flash4d-trial.exe has been corrupted, installation impossible."This error appears to be resolving from the download file not being complete, what this means is that when you are downloading, either your internet connection or the file is being cut short while downloading, which means it's package size (aka file size) isn't full. Simple remedies to this problem include downloading the file again and saving it to a different location on your computer, or if it still gives you trouble try downloading from a different computer.

6. I can't download the software? What can I do?
If you are unable to download the software, please
contact IntroWizard Support with your registration details (if applicable) or visit the Customer Center at:
http://www.introwizard.com/customers/. Information pertaining to what part of the download you can get or the errors received would be good to send too, but not required.
7. Installing Flash4D produces corruption errors?
Did you happen to download Flash4D using a program such as Download Accelerator, GetRight, or a similar download enhancing program?
If you get errors like:
"cannot prepare main package. Probably incorrect TMP/TEMP variables or there is no execute permission for temporary folder"
This can be fixed.
The common answer to this problem for installation errors is these programs. It appears when downloading Flash4D using one of these programs, the install file will not be put back correctly once done downloading using a program such as these, and then when you try to install Flash4D -- it will give you an error such as that. Suggestions for installing the Flash4D Trial would be to

8. The desktop icon opens the trial of Flash4D instead of the full program that I purchased and installed. How can I access the full program?
It appears the shortcuts on your desktop may be leading to the trial of Flash4D if you installed that before Flash4D.
Try going to your Start >> Program Files >> and the program folder and then clicking the program icon to access the program.
9. How do I uninstall or repair the installation of the Flash4D trial?
To Uninstall Flash4D, follow this procedure:
1.) Click the Start Menu, Go To Settings >> Control Panel and click the 'Add or Remove Programs' icon.
2.) Scroll down the list of programs till you see the Flash4D Trial application, click it, and select 'Change / Remove'.
3.) The uninstall tool will popup, press 'Next>>', it will ask to confirm your action, press 'Next>>' again and the uninstall process should start.
4.) Once done, you can restart your computer.
10. Everytime I download the installer I get a corrupt file message when trying to run it. How can I fix this?
The easiest solution to this problem is to make sure you use Internet Explorer to download the installation file. To do this you can right click on the link from your Download E-mail or from after ordering and select "Save Target As.." or "Save As..." then it should ask you where to save the flash-website-builder.exe and you can select your Desktop.
Make sure Internet Explorer does the download with the usual download box and not any other programs like Download Accelerator or GetRight as these also cause corruption on the installation file.
