1. Is Macintosh OS Software Supported?

Currently IntroWizard software is not supported by Macintosh programming, but can be run on a Macintosh by using a Windows Emulator such as the one available on this link < http://www.openosx.com/wintel >.


2. Do you offer any MAC OS-X software?

IntroWizard doesn't offer Mac OS-X software, although you can run a Windows emulator on your Mac OS-X to run windows programs on your mac.

3. What version(s) of the flash player does Flash4D support?

Flash4D creates your designs in the Flash format, which is readable by the latest player, Flash 7.0 (also known as MX 2004).

4. Do I have to have the Macromedia Flash software to open the intro flash files?

You don't need to have the Macromedia software to open any intro files. The intro file can be viewed with Internet Explorer or any popular web browsing software. Consider opening the file with Internet Explorer, or try opening the html file that comes with the intro.


5. Does your software work on Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows XP?

IntroWizard software should work on Windows 98 and other major versions like Windows 95 or Windows XP.
