1. Can I create my own Flash animations with Flash4D?
With the current version of Flash4D that is available for sale, Flash4D Version 4, templates are included which can be edited in Flash4D so you can create customized designs from the templates.
2. What format does Flash4D save Flash files in?
Flash4D saves intro files in the .SWF (Macromedia Flash File) format for easy viewing on the web, cd presentations, or any other related uses.
More information on Macromedia Flash can be found on

3. What do I do after I create my intro?
After you create your intro, and you would like to put it on your website, CD presentation, or even your emails, you will have to get the intro or presentation files there. This is something that is easy to do, first, please reference to our Guides & Tutorial section here for a guide on what to do next:
http://support.introwizard.com/?a=tutorials
4. How do I upload the intro to my website or send as an email attachment?
To get your intro onto your website it would be suggested you upload all the files to the same folder or location on your website. If you already have a method of putting files onto your website, go ahead and use that method for putting your intro files onto your website. This method could be an upload form, a ftp program, or some other method. To send it as an email attachment, you can zip up all the files in the folder created on your desktop and email the zipped folder.
5. Can your software create only one SWF file?
Answering your question, IntroWizard has two flash intro programs, Flash4D v4 and FlaPops that can do this.
The larger of the two programs, Flash4D v4 can create an entire intro in one .SWF file as needed when not using a music item with the intro or any extra features which may require more than one swf file (like the custom swf option). Using stock music includes a music SWF file with the intro.
Downloadable trials of Flash4D are available if you'd like to try the program:
http://www.introwizard.com/downloads/
The other program is called FlaPops and creates shorter intros in one .SWF file.
6. What are some creative applications of Flash4D designs?
When using the intros, think creatively in that they don't only have to be intros ... you can also have them as animated areas in webpages. E.g. on the first screen of the Customization window, shrink the size of the designs down to a small (300 x 300 pixel sort of size) and use this on the side of a webpage for things such as testimonials (you can automatically replay [a Flash4D feature] the testimonials) or for things such as benefits of service. Think creatively how Flash4D designs can be used to sell new creative parts of websites. :)
7. Does Flash4D create your Company Name or any reference to you in my Flash designs that I create with it?
Flash4D builds Flash intros with no links or references to our company in the Flash page, although you can specify in the Extra features section of the Customization window to have a link to IntroWizard given. It would be nice if you used that feature. :)
8. Can I create a Flash intro as a stand alone application such as a presentation to include it with a product I offer?
With Flash4D, the intro builder software offered, you can create a Flash intro and save it also as a presentation so you can put it on a cd, or include it with a program you offer.
To do this, you can download a trial of Flash4D v4.4 from (
www.introwizard.com/downloads/flash4d.php ) and when using Flash4D v4.4, select to create a Flash Presentation. This option is given right when you start-up Flash4D.
Here's an idea:
With Flash4D you can also create a Flash intro as a screensaver to distribute in your advertising of any product you may offer.
By the way, if you're interested in purchasing Flash4D you may do so online for as little as $49 for Home Edition. You can even save a bit by starting your purchase from the trial.

9. Does Flash4D create all the code that is needed to put the intro on my homepage?
After an intro is created, that is after you click "BUILD" button, Flash4D will automatically create all the code, files, and things you need to put onto your homepage. For ways of 'putting' the intro onto your homepage (aka website) please reference to our Guides & Tutorial section here:

10. What is a Flash introduction?
11. Does Flash4D produce the .FLA Flash files too?
Flash4D Home or Professional Editions don't produce .FLA files as well as the .SWF files although Professional Edition includes the .FLA files to the templates.
The included .FLA files with Flash4D Professional Edition don't have your changes on them but have sample text you can change in Macromedia Flash MX along with other changes you can add like images or take certain items out of the design that you may not want.
12. How can I add a Flash animation to Powerpoint to put it on a CD-Rom?
I'd like to let you know that to solve the question here you can use the trial of Flash4D v4
http://www.introwizard.com/downloads/flash4d.php >
When creating an intro, select the music area in the Customize window and make sure to select, 'No Music' if you would like to use the Flash in PowerPoint. Then, simply add the intro file ( the .swf intro file) to your PowerPoint after creating the design.
Selecting to have no music with the Flash intro is needed because PowerPoint only supports the addition of single Flash files. When you have music with the intro the Flash intro calls out for a music Flash file, although this may not be supported in PowerPoint.
As for inserting a Flash design into a PowerPoint presentation, please see this link: < www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14235 >/
You can also create a Flash animation that can play on a CD-Rom. What Flash4D does is it also provides an EXE file to play the Flash intro on the CD-Rom. You can easily turn your Flash Animation into a CD-Rom by selecting to create the Flash intro for a CD after creating your intro (it's one of the options available after the intro has been created).

13. When I click build the intro is not created it is just shown to me. Where can I find the saved intro?
When using Flash4D, when you click the build intro button the intro will be saved to your desktop in a folder called something similar to "flash_design_folder" or "flash-intro-folder." This should be located on your desktop and has the intro.swf file in there and the index.html webpage you can open to view your intro.
Flash4D just automatically opens this index.html webpage so that you can see your intro after it has been built and saved onto your desktop in the new folder it was created in.
